Would you like to work on real industrial problems in collaboration with the Italian company ROLD, within a course at the Faculty?

Apply for the international course European Global Product Realization (EGPR) and lay the foundation for a successful career!

In collaboration with this year's partner from Italy – the company ROLD, four international teams will tackle real technical industrial problems during the EGPR course. The teams, consisting of students from four European universities (University of Zagreb, University of Ljubljana, TU Wien, Politecnico di Milano), will work from March to June 2024 on conceptualizing and designing technical solutions for the given problems.

By participating in EGPR, you will be able to:

  • Collaborate with an industrial partner
  • Experience working in an international team
  • Experience working in a geographically dispersed team
  • Spend several days at a hackathon in Italy
  • Establish contacts with students across Europe
  • Have a new project for your product portfolio

Participating in EGPR creates a bridge between theory and reality, gaining valuable experiences, knowledge, and skills that will set you apart in the job market. Former students are now working in prestigious companies such as Bosch, Hilti, and Daimler, while some have chosen to stay at universities (FER, FSB).

The EGPR course is registered as two elective technical courses (EGPR I and EGPR II), each with 4 ECTS credits. Regardless of the semester in which you formally register for elective technical courses, EGPR is exclusively conducted during the summer semester as a single unit. The number of students in the course is limited; we accept a maximum of 10 students.

Additional information about the course is available on the CADLab webpage.
