The conference will bring together representatives of institutions, the scientific community, businesses, and the civil sector with the aim of exchanging knowledge and best practices in the field of water protection and sustainable development in the ADRION region, as well as presenting opportunities for the development of innovations in water protection and sustainable development available to entrepreneurs and other stakeholders within the MISSION4WATER project.The program includes institutional opening remarks, expert lectures, and panel discussions on challenges and solutions in sustainable development and water protection, as well as presentations of innovative projects and an interactive matchmaking session during which interested stakeholders will be able to present their ideas to relevant partners and further develop implementation plans with the support of grants.Participation in the conference offers an opportunity for networking, exchange of experiences, and the development of new ideas and collaborations in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development.

The MISSION4WATER project – Multidisciplinary strategIc partnerShip providing innovative Solutions to reduce pOllutants dispersioN in water, with a total value of EUR 1.576.211,36, is aimed at fostering innovation and sustainable solutions in the field of water management, with a focus on connecting scientific institutions, entrepreneurs public and civil sector stakeholders through a quadruple helix approach. The project also provides mentoring support for companies developing innovative solutions in the Adriatic-Ionian region, with the goal of reducing the dispersion of pollutants in natural waters, with a particular emphasis on microplastics.
