Summary:

This final thesis presents the conceptualization and design of an industrial leather cutting machine. The objective was to develop a technically functional and structurally feasible machine that enables precise and efficient material cutting under industrial conditions. The introductory part includes an analysis of user needs, which served as the basis for defining the goal and direction of the product's creative development. This was followed by a market analysis and a review of existing solutions and patents. In the next phase, design concepts were created using a morphological matrix, after which the optimal concept was selected for further development. The subsequent construction phase involved calculations of key components such as the pneumatic cylinder, blade drive system, belt transmission, and supporting structure. Based on these results, a 3D CAD model was created using the SolidWorks software package, which also included the development of the required technical documentation.
